Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction


Would you like to spend time cultivating Mindfulness as a way of working with the inevitable stress and difficulties of life?  Would you like to develop a regular mindfulness meditation practice?

 8 Weekly sessions, with guided daily home practice and one full day:  this Mindfulness course (MBSR) is a structured, highly supportive programme for developing a mindful approach to living.  Based on ancient wisdom and modern psychology, and subject to 30 years of clinical testing, MBSR teaches simple, practical and powerful ways of approaching life.

Workshop Dates:  Fridays: 18:15 - 20:45
Feb 16, 23 & Mar 2, 9, 16, 23 & April 6, 13
plus Full day of Practice: Sunday March 25th

Optional information session: January 26th, Friday 18:15 - 20:15
